Apple on Tuesday began beta testing iOS 27.3, according to 9to5Mac and Macworld. The beta expands Siri AI to four additional languages and includes a redesigned Health app.

In iOS 27.3 beta 1, Siri AI now understands Chinese (Traditional), Norwegian, Turkish, and Vietnamese, 9to5Mac reported. That lifts the assistant's supported language count to 10, following last week's iOS 27.2 addition of French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish; before that, Siri AI was limited to English. Macworld also listed those four languages in its beta coverage. Apple said in footnotes to its announcement that Siri AI is unavailable to people under age 13 and that some Apple Intelligence features that use server-side models have daily usage limits.

Apple said the redesigned Health app will support English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and Vietnamese. The app is built around Apple Intelligence and adapts to a person's health data on iPhone and iPad, giving guidance on how to improve their day and a broad look at long-term wellbeing. A new Longevity tab tracks long-term metrics in areas like heart health, sleep, mental wellbeing, movement, metabolic health, hearing, and nutrition. Health Age, the centerpiece of that tab, takes Apple Watch data points such as VO2 max, resting heart rate, sleep, and heart rate variability and turns them into a number that shows how a user's body is aging compared with their chronological age; clinical lab results like A1c and LDL cholesterol can also be added. At-home movement evaluations use an iPhone camera and Apple Watch to assess flexibility, strength, balance, movement mechanics, and VO2 max, offering spoken and on-screen guidance in real time. Apple said the experience runs entirely on device and no video is recorded, stored, or shared. Health Age requires Apple Watch, and measuring VO2 max needs an Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 3, or a third-party heart-rate sensor, according to Apple's footnotes.

Macworld detailed several other features in the iOS 27.3 beta. Audio Intelligence features Live Rewind and Siri Recap work with an Apple Watch Series 12 or Ultra 4. Safari adds vertical tabs, support for Siri AI actions, and a dark mode that adapts. Apple Intelligence features arrive in China, including Writing Tools, Visual Intelligence, Clean Up, and Genmoji, though Siri AI is not available there. Fitness+ gains gym strength training plans with rep and weight tracking, and StandBy mode picks up more options found on iPhone Duo. Siri also gets new actions in Apple apps such as Calendar, Music, Messages, Reminders, and Weather, and third-party developers can use App Intents so their content and actions work with Siri.

9to5Mac noted that the update is in beta and is set to reach all users next month. Macworld expects the final public release near the end of November or early December.

Update, November 5, 2026

Apple released the first public betas of its 27.3 software on Thursday, two days after the developer versions. The builds cover the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and HomePod, and they match the releases seeded to developers on November 3; a public release is expected in December. Testers can sign up free at beta.apple.com and install the software from each device’s Software Update, or from the Home app for HomePods. The public iOS 27.3 beta includes the redesigned Health app and expanded Siri AI support in Traditional Chinese, Norwegian, Turkish, and Vietnamese, MacDailyNews reported.
